There are No Shortcuts
I totally agree with this quote by Michael Jordan. I feel that there are no short cuts to anything in life. I feel there is always an easier way to reach a desired goal, but it would not be the same reaching the goal the easy. Reaching a goal the easy would just mean you would have to some how compensate the less or much easier time it took you to reach the goal later. Which means, even if you achieved your goal by goin the easy route you would have to maybe try harder later on in something relating to what you have done because of the short cut you have taken.
Like everything in life it is always much easier or comfortable for a person to take the easy route. This is why a lot of people take the easy route or short cut through life because it is a more comfortable and easier route. A lot later, on in life they do not realize that they should have not taken such short cuts and now they are less prepared for much more diffcult taks which they see no short cuts to. So the shortcuts they have taken earlier in life they are paying for it now. So it really wasn?t much of a short cut, but just temporary comfort.
I have taken the easy route through so far ion high school and I am now paying for it. I am now having a very difficult time in my classes because I am not used to all the work that I am receiving. Earlier in high school I took the easy classes and never had to do much work especially writing. Now in my psychology class, where writing is very important I am having a very difficult time. I did not learn all the things I should have because I took the much more comfortable, easier route, and I am now making up for it.
