There are many health conscience people today. Many of thesepeople also enjoy working out in the gym. There are three groupsof people that go to the gym. These groups are The one timers,The buddies only, and The dedicated.There is the group of people who are considered ?The onetimers. This is the group of people who are trying to be healthconscience. Often this is the group of people who make it a NewYear resolution to make there life healthy. There first step isto get a membership at a gym.The first step is usually followed through. ?The one timers?often make it to the gym the day after they join and do notreturn due to the lack of motivation.Then there is the group who are known as ?The buddies only?.These are the people who join a gym only if they know someone whohas a membership at the same gym. This is often due to thethought that working out alone would not be motivating andboring.The buddies only is a large majority of those who are at a gym.Many people enjoy working out with a companion and will only goto the gym with another buddy.The most health conscience group of all is ?The dedicated?.This is the group of people who will go to the gym no matter whatconditions. These people have a set schedule to go to the gym intheir life. The dedicated have plenty of motivation and couldcare less to go with a ?buddy?.
