How To Make A Pizza
I understand that you are one of our new employees and I am
suppose to teach you how we make our pizza. The first thing that
you do is take one of our screens from the shelf and a dough ball
from the freg. and put the screen on the dough press and spray
both sides with the pam spray. Than you take the screen of the
pizza press and put it on the counter beside you. Now you take the
dough ball and put it on the pizza press and put a little pam spry
on it also. Now you take the handle of the press and push it down
until the dough is coming out the sides. After that you take the
dough off the pizza press and put it on the screen. Then you take
the roller and roll the pizza dough out. Now you put a half of a
spoon of sauce on the dough and spread it almost to the edges.
Than you take about two hands full of cheese and put it on the
pizza and spread that over the sauce. Next you take what ever kind
of meat your going to use in cover the pizza with about to hands
full. Finally you put a little cheese on top and put it in the oven for
fifteen mint. When the timer goes off you take the pizza off the
screen and put the timer back on for fifteen mints. Now when it
goes of you take the pizza out of the oven and cut it into eight
equal parts and put it on a pan and put it into the case.
This is how we make our pizza at work. It is a very easy
thing to make once you get the hang of it.
