Goals and Objectives
The number one goal of Hotshots is to provide a safe and enjoyable means of organized paintball, while incorporating a satisfying atmosphere for all of our customers. We will strive to create a fresh innovative environment to establish a new experience for every paintball fan. If we can achieve a pleasantly stimulating atmosphere that is different than any other paintball arena in the area, we believe that customers will want to come back and duplicate the experience in the future.
Our second goal is to create a friendly and personable environment, so as to appeal to the customers social needs as well as entertainment needs. We will hold community free game sessions on elected days of each year in hopes to develop our intended ambiance. In addition, our employees will be made aware of our attempt to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome and appreciated. We will take this premise into account during our employee interviews.
Overall, Hotshots is going to be a place where people can come when they want to get away from the stresses of life and have some fun. Our ultimate goal is to succeed in everything that we do, whether that be providing a fun, safe means of entertainment, or giving someone the satisfaction that they are valued.
