Discuss your stately for testing this algorithm, making sure that you include any problems that you think you may encounter. Also give examples of test data and expected results of your test data.
When testing the algorithm using the given data it works correctly with no problem, which I can find. One thing that the test data does not do it stress test the algorithm.
The following tests I am going to carry out will find out what happens when values above and below the set level (0-500) are entered:
TESTING DATA: -02 560 .02
The results of these tests can be found in appendix 2.
The expected results from this test should be that the algorithm will continue to prompt the user to enter a correct value until a correct value is entered.
